Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Being the port of the Business Partner’s voice back to the organization, the Segment Development Department and the Hospitality team will collect your feedback and channel it back to the relevant supportive department. This is invaluable to our continuous process of quality assurance and improvement. Your assessment of our services shows us how we can provide continuing qualitative levels of support to you.

Once you are settled in, the Segment Development Department periodically conducts customer satisfaction surveys which aim to identify the key concerns of our customers. From the results of such surveys, the Segment Development Department report key findings to necessary departments, so that changes for improvement are implemented from the inside out. To ensure objectivity and anonymity, an independent third party conducts the surveys.

Research and Development of new products and services
At Dubai Media City, we would like to continually provide you with new, helpful services. In order to determine what these are, and how they ought to be prioritized, we rely on direct feedback from you, and the results of our customer satisfaction surveys.

Additional visa requirements
Assess and approve number of employment visa each company may have based on the Free Zone rules, regulations and policy, in co-ordination with Government Services on all visa related matters
