Documents required to apply for DU services are:

1. Application form signed by sponsor or authorized signatory (The application form should be filled, signed by the authorized signatory) and stamped.
2. Copy of sponsor or authorized signatory’s passport of khulasalat for UAE Nationals
3. Proof of premises ownership or tenancy contract
4. Copy of current trade license
